Kali is a partner at Wool Trial Law LLC with a practice focused on high-stakes litigation, including complex product liability cases, as well as false advertising and complex consumer class actions. An advocate for consumer rights, Kali has been a key player in precedent-setting class actions that have put an end to numerous dangerous, unlawful and misleading corporate practices. Prior to joining Wool Trial Law, Kali was a partner at Gutride Safier where she litigated class actions challenging deceptive food labelling practices, website tracking, defective products, and latent safety hazards. Kali has secured wins for consumers at both the trial and appellate levels. Most recently, Kali was integral to a major appellate win before the Ninth Circuit which secured a complete reversal of a consumer class action against a Fortune 500 company.
Prior to working on behalf of consumers, Kali represented Fortune 500 companies at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP in federal and state courts nationwide. While at Shook, she litigated complex matters involving catastrophic personal injuries, products liability, trademarks, and consumer privacy class actions. Kali’s litigation experience extends from obtaining complete pre-trial victories for her clients to developing appellate strategies on fundamental issues impacting cases across the country.
Kali is an active member of the California and Colorado Bars. She received her juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School where she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship and was an editor on the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. She obtained her bachelor of arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
